At Mindful Synergi, we are experts in counselling, psychotherapy, and yoga. All therapy sessions and services complement each other and enhance physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. As no one therapy or technique is right for everyone, we adapt our approach for each unique individual. Recognising that you are the expert of your own life, we support you through the personal process of self-discovery and transformation. You can negotiate a combined service package for therapy, or come along for casual yoga classes. You are in control of how to approach your therapy.
