This allowed the passing down of wisdom and knowledge when the teacher saw that the student was ready for each new element. Private Group Classes
A busy life of work and family commitments means we don’t always have time to get to a yoga studio. If this is the case for you and your friends, or you can’t find a suitable yoga class nearby, a Private Group Class is your answer.
Small groups of 6-10 people can book a class to be held in the privacy of one of their homes. For the same cost as a private session you can enjoy a regular weekly yoga practice and all the associated health benefits that yoga offers.
