With over two decades of experience in counselling and family therapy, Anne Louise Mitchell is deeply committed to helping individuals, couples, and families build stronger, healthier relationships. Anne’s approach is invested in compassion, empathy, and a deep understanding of the complexities of human relationships, with a particular focus on trauma, communication difficulties, and mental health challenges.

Anne has worked extensively with individuals and families facing significant life challenges, including post-separation conflict, mental health concerns, domestic violence, and family trauma.
