Do you ever feel ‘off’? Like you’re out of whack and just can’t seem to find your flow. Every day, each of us have multiple stresses placed upon our shoulders. And although we usually struggle along alone, sometimes we need to chat to someone, connect, and get our flow back.
Mindful Synergi helps you to find your flow…
Get over those daily struggles by learning how to let them roll over you. Many people don’t realise the important connection between the mind and body, and how the health of both systems rely on each other. Your mind and body are intrinsically bound together and so each must be nurtured in order to deal with life’s stressors and complications.
And helping your mind and body connect as one is a gentle process – I promise
The method I use at Mindful Synergi incorporates both Western and Eastern philosophies.
To improve your overall mental and physical health I combine:
- Counselling or psychotherapy
- Mindfulness and yoga
This combined holistic therapeutic approach is designed to increase self-awareness and facilitate personal development. The transformation process is unique to you but what you’ll find is an increase in confidence, independence and choice.
Take your journey alone or within a group
I understand that some people may be hesitant to share their thoughts to a group. So group therapy is your choice. However, group therapy can be more powerful than individual counselling as a result of the relational dynamics that arise in the group. Either way, I want you to feel comfortable to express numerous feelings in a supportive and caring environment.
When you combine counselling with regular yoga classes or daily meditation, you’ll be on your way to achieving holistic, long-term mind and body healing.
The benefits of yoga are plentiful
Don’t worry if you’ve never tried yoga before. It’s a very gentle type of exercise that I’ll teach you as we go through your mindful transformation. It’s great for relaxation, improving your health, reducing headaches, muscle tension and pain, and increasing your energy, mental alertness and clarity.
Many corporate clients are now booking group sessions for their employees as they see the benefits yoga can bring to their business. Employers have found that having yoga incorporated into a workday, can help employees relieve stress and become refreshed and focussed, increasing productivity.
Taking a bit of me time is ALWAYS ok
Hands up if you’re guilty of self-neglect? I think most of us would have our hands up right now. It’s so easy to become so ‘busy’ looking after everyone else that we forget to take time for ourselves. But we can never truly be fully present for anyone if we are not balanced within ourselves.
As I know some people are sceptical on the holistic approach to health, I invite you to have a chat and connect with me. I’d be more than happy to explain my therapeutic approach. Or perhaps you’d like to come along to a yoga class and experience the benefits for yourself.
