Why Art Therapy?

Art is a powerful language of the soul. When words aren’t enough, creative expression allows us to access deeper emotions, work through trauma, and find meaning in our experiences. The Healing Canvas provides a compassionate space where you can explore, release, and transform your pain into art that reflects your strength, courage, and unique journey.

In this trauma-informed art therapy workshop, no previous artistic experience is needed. The focus is on self-expression, healing, and community, not the end result of the art itself.
